Writing for Therapists
A project I have been quietly working on for a few years is creating prompts and frameworks to better enable therapists to reflect on and process their work. It came about when I became aware of a lack in my practice: I wanted to think more deeply, to reflect on my client work and look after myself well, but felt a bit stuck as to the how, aside from the standard 'process notes'.
This is where Writing for Therapists came from. I am an ADHD magpie so am always looking out for inspiration, this morning it was looking at some wallpaper! I enjoy finding new and different ways to frame my reflections, it has brought depth to my practice and some fun as well! As I am sure we have all said to clients - if you're feeling this way, someone else will be too. So I imagine that other therapists would also enjoy using some of the prompts I have created, in the way I have.
